    EDUCATION:

    1992 Ph. D. Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law, summa cum laude.

    1983 LL.M. Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law, magna cum laude.

    1966 LL.B. Hebrew University Faculty of Law ,magna cum laude.

     

    TEACHING FIELDS:

    Criminal law, sentencing.

    BAR-ILAN UNIVERSITY:

    2003-present commissioner of sexual harassment complaint.

    AWARDS AND GRANTS:

    2000-2001 Awarded an Israel National Science Foundation grant (jointly with Prof. Uri Schild, Computer Science Department, Bar-Ilan University): Decision Support for Criminal Sentencing: Intelligent Computer-Analysis of Offender's Past Record.

    2005 Awarded the Minister of Public Security Price for research and development (jointly with Prof. Uri Schild, Computer Science Department, Bar-Ilan University): Decision Support for Criminal Sentencing: Intelligent Computer-Analysis of Offender's past record.

    2007 Awarded a Ran Naor foundation grant (jointly with Prof. Uri Schild, Computer Science Department, Bar-Ilan University): A decision support system for sentencing Traffic Offenders.
