    Graduate of Bar-Ilan Law School; SJD from Harvard Law School; past Dean of Bar-Ilan Law School; founder of the Center for Commercial Law; Senior Fellow and Vice-president of the Israel Democracy Institute; Married to Dr. Karen Friedman, father of eight.
