HaDin Ve’haDayan
The Law and Its Decisor (HaDin Ve’haDayan) is a unique innovative publication of Rabbinical Court rulings on family issues. The publication contains the complete rulings on divorce and related issues. Occasionally, unique cases from the civil family courts are also published. The judicial activity of the Rabbinical Courts affects one of the issues most significant for individuals: the family unit. The publication of Rabbinical Court rulings on these matters enables litigants and other professionals to study the legal situations in depth and analyze them, in order to be proficient in the legal matters.
The publication is a joint enterprise of The Ruth and Emanuel Rackman Center for the Advancement of the Status of Women and Yad L’Isha – the Max Morrison Legal Aid Center and Hotline for Women, established by Ohr Torah Stone.
The publication is issued once every four months, beginning Adar 5763 – Feb. 2003, and is distributed free of charge.
